Christmas Dinner at the Neighbors

We were invited to share Christmas dinner with our neighbors yesterday. Since the road has been closed due to sever drifting in a couple of areas for over a week, and they live about 8 miles away, we drove the Polaris. It was a fun adventure to drive in crazy road conditions and very wintery weather! Also, it was nice to get together with some of our new Valley friends. I realized last night I had not socialized with others in person except for "how ya doing"s on the side of the road since our friend Mitchell stayed with us for a week in mid-October when we built our buck rail fence.

The driveway was drifted back in when we got home! Good thing for the tracks on the Polaris. It is really a beast in this snow.
